Thank you for choosing Niso’s ski lessons and photography services. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. By booking lessons or photography services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

As the booking party or payer, you are responsible for conveying these Terms and Conditions to all members attending the lessons or photography services to ensure that everyone understands their rights and responsibilities regarding the scheduled activities.

Booking Terms

  1. A booking for lessons or photography services is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not made within the specified period, the reserved time will be released for other clients without further notice.
  2. Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate. Niso and its instructors or photographers will not be responsible for missed lessons, photo sessions, or scheduling errors due to incorrect information, and any paid fees are non-refundable.
  3. There are no age restrictions for participants; however, please note that age may affect the lesson content, pace, and participants’ risk tolerance.
  4. Any activities conducted within the reserved lesson or photography time—including but not limited to equipment rental, gear setup, and ticket purchasing—are counted as service time. We recommend preparing all necessary items before the lesson or photo session start time.
  5. Please be punctual and meet your instructor or photographer at the scheduled time and location. Lessons or photo sessions will begin and end as scheduled, with no additional time or refunds for late arrivals or early finishes.

Safety Regulations

  1. If you have any special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the standard lesson and photography arrangements.
  2. It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure that all lesson participants are in suitable health to engage in skiing or photography services. Niso, its instructors, and photographers bear no responsibility for any health issues, illnesses, or physical injuries that occur before, during, or after the lesson or photo session.
  3. Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate protective gear, such as gloves, helmets, and goggles, to reduce the risk of injury during lessons or photo sessions.
  4. All confirmed bookings include basic skiing accident insurance. For those seeking additional coverage, participants should independently purchase supplementary ski insurance that covers, but is not limited to, skiing accidents, injuries, illnesses, equipment damage, equipment loss, and activity cancellations.
  5. Participants are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the ski resort’s rules and regulations for the lesson or photography location. Niso, its instructors, and photographers will not be responsible for any incidents resulting from rule violations.
  6. Niso, its instructors, and photographers are not liable for any injury, death, or injury caused to others resulting from accidents before, during, or after the lesson or photo session.

Photography Service Terms

  1. All photographs and videos provided by us are copyrighted by Niso. Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not use them for commercial purposes or transfer them to third parties without written consent.
  2. If equipment malfunctions or other technical issues arise during the photography service, resulting in incomplete shooting, we will arrange a reshoot or provide a partial refund as appropriate.
  3. If inclement weather or force majeure prevents the photo session from taking place, a reshoot or refund will be arranged based on the circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. If severe weather leads to an official announcement from the ski resort closing it for the day, preventing the lesson or photo session, the full paid amount will be refunded. If the lesson or session has already started, refunds will be issued based on the time proportion served (in 30-minute increments), with any time under 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes (e.g., 20 minutes counts as 30 minutes, 45 minutes as one hour). If the ski resort is open despite adverse weather, lessons or photo sessions will continue as long as it remains safe to do so.
  2. If participants request cancellation due to weather, slope, or lift conditions, and the ski resort has not announced closure, Niso will not issue a refund.
  3. Successful bookings cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled to a different date, time, lesson type, or venue. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation, with refunds governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  4. If delays in the lesson or photo session are caused by our instructors or photographers, the session will be extended or the paid fee refunded on a proportional basis (in 30-minute increments), with any time under 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes.
  5. If an instructor or photographer cannot attend a confirmed lesson or photography service due to unexpected events (e.g., accident, injury, illness), we will fully refund the paid amount to the payer.
  6. For confirmed bookings, any increase in the number of participants will require payment of the additional per-person fee. No refunds will be provided for any reduction in participant numbers.
  7. For confirmed bookings canceled more than 21 days before the scheduled date, Niso will refund the full paid amount.
  8. For confirmed bookings canceled 15 to 21 days before the scheduled date, Niso will refund 75% of the paid amount.
  9. For confirmed bookings canceled 8 to 14 days before the scheduled date, Niso will refund 50% of the paid amount.
  10. For confirmed bookings canceled 4 to 7 days before the scheduled date, Niso will refund 25% of the paid amount.
  11. For confirmed bookings canceled within 3 days (less than 72 hours) of the scheduled date, no refunds will be provided.
  12. For refunds requested more than 60 days after the initial booking confirmation, Niso will deduct a 5% administrative fee from the refunded amount.
  13. Any refunds will require a minimum of 28 business days to process.

In the event of multiple versions of these “Terms and Conditions,” the version posted on our website or the latest version will prevail. In case of any disputes, Niso reserves all final decision rights.
