BOOKING PROCESS

Four simple steps to book your ski lesson.
-Please read the [Terms and Conditions] carefully before making a reservation-

Step 1:SEND

Complete the on-site reservation form or send messages to our communication app [Line], [WhatsApp], [WeChat] to tell us your reservation needs.

Step 2:CHECK

After receiving your reservation, we will check the lesson availability and contact you to confirm the information.

Step 3:PAYMENT

After the reservation information is confirmed, you will need to pay in FULL for the lesson to confirm the reservation.

*Acceptable payment methods: Credit Card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, AlipayHK (Hong Kong).

Step 4:COMPLETED

After payment is confirmed, your lesson reservation is completed and the instructor will meet you at the agreed time and place in the ski resort.

FAQ

  • Do I need to buy lift tickets for my instructor?

    No. Each instructor has their own personal lift ticket.

  • Are there lunch or recess periods in lesson?

    Yes, [Full-day 6], [Full-day 7], and [Apex] lessons have a 1-hour lunch time in the lesson. [Night ski] and [Half-day] lessons will continue unless students request a break.

  • Can the lesson start time be changed?

    No. Except for [Apex] lessons, which are available at 9am, 10am, and 11am, all other lessons will start at fixed times unless there are special circumstances.

  • Can adults attend lessons with children?

    Yes. However, if the main purpose of the lesson is to master specific techniques, it is recommended that students of different levels take lesson separately to help smooth the students' learning progress.

  • What do I need to take to the lesson?

    "Lift tickets" and "Ski equipment" are required. Allow enough time before lesson to prepare or rent the required equipment. If you need to rent equipment, please allow at least 40 minutes before lesson starts. *Click "Title" to view ski equipment.

  • What are the night skiing times in Rusutsu?

    【Rusutsu】 West Mountain : 4pm-8pm (Last lift ride time: 7:45pm) Mid-December 2024 ~ March 29, 2025

  • Can Niseko Village be used as a lesson location?

    According to official regulations, Village cannot be used as the starting point for lessons for certified teams, but they can start from other locations and ski to the Village for lessons.

  • Do I need to buy ski insurance?

    Niso's ski lessons already include ski accident-related insurance, but it is recommended that additional outbound ski insurance be purchased to protect more comprehensive overseas rights and interests.

  • How should I dress?

    It is best to wear clothes that keep you warm at an average temperature of around minus 7 degrees Celsius and during inactivity. *To refer to the instructor’s dress, please click on the "Title" link.

  • Fatigue and feel cold easily?

    You can put some snacks and warm patches in your pocket. It can help stay energy and keep warmth when necessary. *Snack recommendations: chocolate, gummies, energy bars
